“Fantastic on-line Italian cooking class. Chef Vary is a very talented, accomplished and knowledgeable Chef. Chef Vary has a great flair for cooking and shared many very useful tips. She was informative, helpful and patient and catered for a range of abilities. The class was a birthday present and the on-line format meant that we cooked at home and spent precious family together. In 2.5 hours we learned to make our own Gnocchi as well as Ravioli from scratch and a delicious pasta sauce. After logging off we sat together and enjoyed a DELICIOUS family meal.
