The 3 guides - Manuel, Gerard and Irene, all spoke perfect English and had exactly the right personalities to lead a large group, all working together in perfect harmony. We visited all 5 towns in Cinque Terre so could only spend a relatively short time in each but it was enough to get a good feel. The (optional) lunch was simple but fine. Our guide Sara was super friendly and there was a nice minivan ride with plenty of air conditioning to our first stop.
