“This trip is a great value. So much so that I was concerned it couldn’t possible meet the expectation. However, the day was fantastic. Our guide Val was so informative and funny and helpful! The bus was so clean and so comfortable. You can leave your belongings on the bus, so bringing an umbrella or extra layers just in case weather changes was perfectly fine. We did not know ahead of time, but there is no eating or drinking on the bus and we did have plans for that, however, not a big deal. Each spot was so fun and so informative, and overall the day covered so much ground.…”

The three medieval towns were charming and worth visiting as well as the family owned winery and olive oil producers. The Tuscan meal was simple (typical) and good. The family vineyard owners were charming and friendly so we had a lovely time. Their gift shop was good and we were lucky to have just been able to buy the new production of extra virgin olive oils for 2025 which were available just this week!!! “This is an absolutely fantastic day trip with passionate and knowledgeable guides. It was a long trip requiring an early start and a late finish but it was thoroughly enjoyable. The 3 guides - Manuel, Gerard and Irene, all spoke perfect English and had exactly the right personalities to lead a large group, all working together in perfect harmony. We visited all 5 towns in Cinque Terre so could only spend a relatively short time in each but it was enough to get a good feel. The (optional) lunch was simple but fine. The hike from Corniglia to Vernazza had glorious views over the Mediterranean Sea. Highly recommend this trip…”

It was a horrible experience where my partner and I were left on the islands after being provided incorrect information about departure times The subsequent conversation with support was not useful and following my initial complaint they came back incorrectly / falsifying details around how they tried to contact me and fix the issue Post this Ciao Florence has been radio silent after I provided EVIDENCE that they had falsified information about what their support team had shared - this included providing both time stamps that suggested they were lying about message contact timings and quantum…”

“The tour was organized well and Sara, our guide and Giovanni, our driver gave a good day trip to San Gimignano and Siena. Sara provided information of each location before arrival and a WhatsApp message containing the audioguide, places to visit and map of the meeting point, which I appreciate since Siena is big and one can get lost or walk too far. I especially loved San Gimignano and the artisan work there and appreciated the time allocated in both locations.”

“Really lovely day, very organised and efficient. Sights were as described. I would just note that it was quite salesy - lunch from a certain place, extra transport to get more time, but only if everyone does it etc - we were happy to do it but can understand why you wouldn’t be. There was also 2 20+ minute walks that were done very very quickly - these weren’t mentioned at all so was a bit of an unpleasant surprise for those that struggle a little bit. “The bus was on time and lucky we had a stop to get breakfast so that was good lol The Pisa stop was quick and good enough to get the leaning tower pictures.
