“Skip the line is not really a thing. We were scheduled at 930 am but they moved us to 10am. Even with skip the line, we waited for 45 minutes in the priority line. Coupled with the late start it was a good thing we didn't have anything else scheduled.”

“The Uffizi: this is a sprawling museum and it has a lot of good stuff to see. The main terrace is absolutely covered in works of art and so many statues. The audio guide was out of sync due to work ongoing and it was very basic. A guided tour would have better. The birth of Venus is easy to miss as you get turned around inside the tour. It was impressive but so were so many other paintings and sculptures. The Pitti Palace: this made our time in Florence - outstanding. The frescos and the artwork are just breathtaking. The use of perspective were masterpieces in their own right.…”

“Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a tremendous amount of information about what we were seeing. We learned a lot and had a very enjoyable experience. Our only issue with the 4 hour tour was there was no bathroom break. We were only given 10 minutes at the first stop Academia to go look at the exhibits and take a bathroom break - and the bathroom line was at least a 20 minute wait - so it was impossible to go use the toilets. There was also no stop for a drink, we were pretty parched by the end of the tour.”

Accademia (David) entry was quick and easy, same with Uffizi. Nice hour for lunch, Fredericka recommended a great spot where I had best risotto ever. Last hour, we started to run out of gas, but the tour was excellent overall.”
